I’m Samia, a diversity and inclusion strategist, researcher, and founder of SAWA. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with global organizations and communities, witnessing how women across cultures often face similar barriers to leadership. This journey inspired my Ph.D., where I explored how invisible conditioning—through school, family, and society—shapes women’s behavior, ambitions, and voices. With #SawaTalks, I’m creating a space to name these patterns, explore how they show up across cultures, and highlight the creative, resilient ways women rise above them with unexpected wisdom.
